Yin Pin Gong - Spring 2023

Spring is the time for coming out of that dormancy of Winter. We have retreated, rested, reflected and brought our energy inwards to nurture our roots and set our intentions. The Spring finally brings the warmth of the sun that awakens our energy, we are rejuvenated and ready to begin new things, to take action, to grow and change, using the force and momentum of the Wood elements energy to take action on all that we desire. We need to nourish and reinvigorate the Liver to detox and clear stagnant thoughts, wake the metabolism and cleanse the body.

For this reason, we bring you, Yin Pin Gong. 

This event combines three holistic modalities of Yin yoga, acupuncture and sound healing over two hours. All three parts assist you in enhancing your body’s own ability to heal.
