Goji and pistachio chocolate bark

Check out this delish recipe for Goji & Pistachio Dark Chocolate Bark. A super easy, super food snack for the Spring! You just need a few ingredients, dark chocolate, goji, pistachios and coconut, a baking tray lined with baking paper and your fridge.



Method

Melt your favorite dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler. Prepare a tray lined with baking paper for the bark.

Pour the melted chocolate onto the tray to desired thickness. Sprinkle goji berries and pistachios evenly over the chocolate. Add shredded coconut for extra flavor and texture.

Place the tray in the fridge for the bark to set.

After the bark has set, break or cut it into pieces for serving.
